
With nearly a decade of experience in the design and media industries, she has served as art director for leading publications including Glamour, Allure, and Delish. At Glamour, she spearheaded a full rebrand of the magazine’s identity, reaching more than 50 million readers worldwide.
Holding degrees in journalism, fine art, and gender studies from the University of Wisconsin, Alexandra brings a cross-disciplinary lens to her work, with a particular focus on gender representation in media and immersive storytelling. Alongside her editorial and brand work, Folino maintains a multidisciplinary art practice that explores themes of sensuality, sexuality, and the body. She invites viewers to engage with deeper questions surrounding identity, connection, memory and the interplay between our personal and collective experience.
